POSITION SUMMARY

The National Account Senior Key Account On Premise Representative is responsible for managing and growing Sierra Nevada sales and market share with key chain accounts within their territory. The role sells directly to decision-makers within regional and/or national retail accounts and collaborates with the SNBC field sales team to drive execution within accounts via our wholesaler partners.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES

 

Essential Duties

Grow & invest with National Operators primarily in the Eatertainment, Causal Dining, Casino, and Ski Resorts On Premise Classes/Sub Classes of Trade, with a focus on the California market

 

Lead and manage all call points business with the goal of gaining new draft and package mandates, distribution, and programming to grow SNBC sales and market share.

 

Lead development of annual and multi-year beverage programs, working directly with 3rd party partners on ideation, creation, implementation, and execution throughout all sates/locations

 

Develop and deliver effective RFP presentations and assortment recommendations that positively impact your operators and SNBC overall business

 

Ownership of understanding your operators’ strategies, tactics, and goals as a top priority for this role.

 

Take lead on Training & Education Relative to Brands, Categories, or Segments with all operators in the scope of responsibility

 

Develop and communicate LTO (limited time offer) programs and activity updates to SNBC marketing, field sales, and distributors

 

Ongoing business reviews: analyze and report business status to all operators within the scope of responsibility; including issues, opportunities, and progress vs goals and business objectives.

 

Attend and execute ongoing conferences, this includes industry and operators, annual meetings, GM conferences, trade shows, etc.

 

Partner with SNBC field sales teams and distributor partners to ensure successful execution of all mandates, LTOs, NEW item launches, and promotional activity across regions

 

Proficient in using syndicated data/sales tools (KARMA, VIP, BeerBoard, Datassential, Nielsen, IRI, Power BI, etc.) to build RFPs, business reviews, analyze distribution, pricing and promotion results and build future recommendations and plans

 

Operate effectively within the brewery and budgetary guidelines (including 3rd party Co. negotiations) for each individual call point/operator

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

An in-depth knowledge of SNBC history, culture and products is critical

Experience and competence working in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, VIP is essential

Fully proficient writing and delivering effective presentations

Must have demonstrated ability to successfully operate within an established budget

Knowledge of and ability to successfully operate within various state and federal liquor laws is required
