| POSITION SUMMARY | | The Senior Key Account Representative is responsible for managing and growing Sierra Nevada sales and market share with key chain accounts within their territory. The role sells directly to decision-makers within regional and/or national retail accounts and collaborates with the SNBC field sales team to drive execution within accounts via our wholesaler partners. | | | | | | | |
ESSENTIAL DUTIES | | Essential Duties | • | Manage chain business with the goal of gaining new distribution and promotional activity to grow SNBC sales and market share | • | Create annual execution plan for chain accounts with standards for sales, distribution and share | • | Develop and communicate programs, distribution, pricing and promotional activity updates to chains, SNBC field sales and SNBC distributors | • | Develop and deliver effective presentation including IRI, data analytics and recommendations that positively impact the chain and SNBC | • | Analyze and report monthly business status to manager including issues, opportunities and progress vs objectives | • | Operate effectively within the brewery and budgetary guidelines | • | Work across the SNBC sales team and SNBC distributors to ensure execution to standards in chain accounts within territory | • | Participate in key chain wholesaler business planning meetings | • | Utilize sales tools (KARMA, VIP, Nielsen, IRI, Power BI, etc.) to analyze distribution and promotion results and build future recommendations and plans | | | |
