| POSITION SUMMARY | | The Taproom Support position is centered in the restaurant's Front of the House operations whose responsibilities include but are not limited to clearing and resetting tables, running beverages and food, carrying trays, assisting with the expediting of food coming from the kitchen, and supporting servers throughout the dining experience. In addition to these core duties, Taproom Support members will maintain a clean and inviting environment, whether it's in areas visible to guests or behind the scenes. The Taproom Support, who reports to the Front of the House Supervisors Team, is responsible for being an expert resource to the guests visiting our onsite Food and Beverage Operations. | | | | | | | |
ESSENTIAL DUTIES | | Essential Duties | • | Ensures guests are seated at a clean, properly set table within the shortest amount of time possible | • | Runs food, delivers beer, and helps expedite the guests’ experience | • | Maintains a safe, clean, and well stocked environment for the guests to dine in | • | Follows and enforces SNBC and State of California and/or North Carolina laws and policies regarding alcoholic beverages | • | Actively participates in daily, weekly, monthly trainings and operational updates to ensure up-to-date knowledge | • | Maintains cleanliness of all areas of the facility, including but not limited to the food prep area, all guest facing areas, restrooms, breakrooms, and offices | • | Upholds standards which exceed regulatory industry standards for health code, quality, and cleanliness | • | May be assigned additional work within the restaurant operation as needed | | | |
