| POSITION SUMMARY | | The Server position is centered in the restaurant's Front of the House operations whose responsibilities include but are not limited to serving guests, suggesting and explaining menus, running food and drinks, carrying trays, handling money transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. The Server, who will report to the FOH Supervisor Team, is responsible for being an expert resource to the guests visiting our onsite Food and Beverage Operations. | | | | | | |
ESSENTIAL DUTIES | | Essential Duties | • | Make certain our guests have exceptional experiences through high service standards while performing serving duties including but not limited to serving guests, suggesting and explaining menus, entering & managing orders in POS system, running food and drinks, carrying trays, handling money transactions while supporting other team members with their responsibilities | • | Ensure guests are seated at a clean, properly maintained table and are greeted immediately | • | Move and organize large quantities of china, glass, silverware, supplies, and any other regularly used items | • | Ensures all equipment, tools, and working areas are safe, clean, well maintained, and in proper working condition | • | Actively participates in daily, weekly, monthly trainings and operational updates to ensure up-to-date knowledge | • | May be assigned additional work within the restaurant operation as needed | | | |
